With the arrival of spring, our kitchen team has worked intensively to create a new menu that celebrates the best seasonal products.
Renewed Starters
We have incorporated a selection of fresh starters that stand out for their vibrant flavors and surprising textures. The green asparagus carpaccio with parmesan and truffle oil has quickly become a favorite among our diners.
Main Courses
In the mains, we focus on techniques that enhance the natural flavor of each ingredient. The suckling lamb confit slow-cooked for 12 hours is presented with a garnish of tender broad beans and fresh mint from the garden.
Seasonal Desserts
To finish, our pastry chef Laura has created a selection of desserts featuring strawberries, cherries and other spring fruits. The strawberry soufflé with Madagascar vanilla ice cream is an experience you cannot miss.
